A new building of Business and Technology (UBT) on cornish jeddah.
UBT is a young and pioneering private Higher Education provider established in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia offering, through its four colleges, a range of high quality, market responsive undergraduate and graduate programs.
Our challenge was to create cohesion in environment of a four colleges that would support the client’s vision for the building as a collaborative and flexible environment for students and staff.
A unified vision of the university
The client’s idea of being a leading creative environment formed part of the design’s intent.
The space commands a different way of working, in sync with the needs of its students. We created a special color scheme to make each college a unique identity.
We created an overlay of signage and graphics which can both unify and activate the whole space.
